How do I know what is in stock and what I need to wait for"?

If the listing has a checkbox you need to select when adding to the cart, that means they are in production and placing an order reserves your stock for when they come in. Some members in the group have requested some designs so we need a minimum of 100 to have production, so there may be some that require pre-sale so they can be manufactured.

How long does it take for my order to come in?

If it is a stock item, your order will ship in about 2-4 days. If it is a pre-sale, then it is 3 weeks production time so you are looking at about 4 weeks. All depends when you place the order too if they have already started production.

I have an idea for something I want made, can you do it for me?

Yes! The minimum order requirement is 100 of any single design or color so if you have something in mind, message me. You can use the contact us page and I will get back to you with a quote.

Another question commonly asked is if I buy in bulk do I get a discount ?

Discounts are not offered as these prices are wholesale supplies. If you want a large quantity, please contact me and we can work out a private listing based on what you wanted and go from there. Thank you!

Return Policy

There are no cancellations when a pre-sale buy in is placed as they are put into production based on the quantity and are all custom designs.

All sales are final for supplies. If an issue comes up please message me to get it corrected.

When you receive your order, if there are any shortages/miscounts or missing items, please send a message and let me know so I can get them out to you. Thank you!
